Brightfield Microscope

A brightfield microscope is kind of microscope used to examine a dry portion of the analysis. In brightfield microscopy, the light is transferred to the specimen, making the resulting image very visible and bright. Though the brightfield microscopy technique is an effective means in checking dry blood, it, however, does not provide the images needed when you are looking through at a live, blood, and its result is completely isolated to dry blood alone. Thus, it cannot give an important specimen needed in assessing the blood.
